The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Piscina Faia is closed from Tue 01 Oct 2024 until Thu 06 Feb 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are available upon request at an additional cost of EUR 15 per person per stay. Please note that internet access is at an additional cost if you wish to use it, and a security deposit of EUR 30 will be required for the use of the equipment. This amount will be refunded at check-out if the equipment is returned intact.
