You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. An optional mid-stay cleaning is available at an additional cost of EUR 70. In case of arrival after 19:00 please inform the property in advance. Key Collection options: - collection at the agency from 14:00 to 18:30 free of charge, at 19 rue Desaix 69003 LYON. - collection from a safety deposit box in the centre of Lyon for EUR 20 regardless of arrival time. - meet a member of staff directly at the property for an additional fee of EUR 30 from 14:00 to 18:00, EUR 50 from 18:00 to 00:00.
