You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for check-in from 18:30 until 22:00. Check-in after 22:00 costs EUR 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 25 per day when used.
