Within 100 metres from the beach in Protaras Area, Architect's Villa offers an outdoor pool with a sun terrace, and a garden. This self-catering accommodation features free WiFi in all areas. Opening to a balcony and terrace with Mediterranean Sea views, accommodation will provide you with a satellite flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a DVD player. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave. Featuring a shower, private bathrooms also come with a hairdryer. At Architect's Villa you will find BBQ facilities. If you feel like visiting the surroundings, check out Sunrise Beach within 4 km, and Kalamies Beach at a distance of 6 km. Larnaca International Airport is located 42 km away. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. No unaccompanied groups of under 25 years old are accepted. No bachelor parties are allowed. The above prices include 300KWh of electricity per week which allows for more than normal use of the house including air-conditioning. Any additional consumption will be charged at €0.30 per KWh.
