This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. 🛑 Important notice to travelers 🛑 Please confirm the deposit before 7pm on the day of your arrival to get access to the accommodation. After 7pm, the staff of the establishment will no longer be able to communicate access to the accommodation if the deposit has not been validated beforehand. We wish to remind all our travelers that any prostitution activity is strictly illegal and prohibited in our homes. We reserve the right to report any suspicious activity to the competent authorities and will result in the collection of the entire deposit. We thank you for following our rules and helping to maintain a safe and legal environment for all of our guests. - Formal prohibition of smoking in the accommodation: 100 € will be retained on the deposit in case of non-compliance. - Make the dwelling in suitable condition; - The refrigerator must be emptied on departure: 20 € will be retained on the deposit in case of non-compliance. - Dishes must be washed and stored: €20 will be deducted from the deposit in case of non-compliance. - The bins must be emptied (see location of the local trash/ containers in the welcome booklet: 20 € will be retained on the deposit in case of non-compliance. - Close the windows when you leave; - Nothing degraded, broken, stolen; - Maximum departure at 11am, unless otherwise stated. Any departure made after the arrival of the cleaning service provider will incur € 50 on the deposit. - Avoid noise after 10pm to respect the neighbourhood; - No sleeping in bed without full bed linen (pillowcases, duvet cover, sheet). 50 € will be retained on the deposit in case of non-compliance.
