Guests are required to show a photo identification and a credit card with the guest's name upon check-in. Please note that the residence is not serviced by a lift. For stays of 7 nights or more, housekeeping is done once a week. Extra housekeeping is available for a EUR 40 extra fee. Please note that a copy of the photo ID of the owner of the credit card used for payment will be requested after reservation. If the property does not receive this copy within 12 hours of requesting it, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
