In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Thu 01 Aug 2024 until Mon 02 Sept 2024 A damage deposit of PHP 5000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Prior to arrival, A copy of valid ID for all guests and proof of transaction for the security deposit is required before the host can proceed processing the guest advice form (GAF) to generate the QR that guest is needed to present to gate security to permit the entry. Note that this cannot be done on arrival. Please note that the wave pool is closed from Thursday, 1 August 2024 until Monday, 2 September 2024. Guests will not be able to access any amenities during this period. Please note that short-term guests can only access wave pool at additional cost.
