A damage deposit of RUB 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that check-in is located at different address - B&B Rinaldi Premier (103, Nevskiy prospekt). An additional deposit (1000 RUB) for keys is requested at check-in and is refunded upon departure.
