This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card prior check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interest of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. Note that failure to comply with these request will result in your stay being canceled without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
