In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of USD 1500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note: -Property Manager requires a signed Rental Agreement within 24 hours of Booking. -Property Manager requires a signed Credit Card Authorization Form and a copy of the front and back of the legal ID -The credit card and ID used to book must be present at the time of arrival and will be used as the form of payment. -Booker must be at least 25 years old to book
