Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 1000 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. The stay in this flat will be formalised by means of a tourist lease contract, pursuant to Article 4 of Law 50/20217 and Article 1571 of the Civil Code. The written form is compulsory for leases in Italy (art 1 paragraph 4 L. 431/1998). At check-in the signature of a rental contract will therefore be requested. Should guests wish an additional set of bed linen and towels or should two guests wish to sleep in the two separate beds, they may request this for €15.00. Scheduled late check-out is charged €5.00/h from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. If the late check out is not scheduled there will be a 15.00€ / h penalty.
