A damage deposit of AED 1800 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests are required to send photo identification or passport copies to the property at least 24 hours before arrival for access and security purposes. A surcharge of AED 100 applies to check-in between 20:00 & 22:00 and AED 150 between 22:00 & 8:00 hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
