This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that upon reservation guests will receive a check-in form and a link in order to pay the deposit. If you are unable to use the link, your bank details will be requested on arrival. Please note that the property applies the following additional fees: - EUR 22 for late check-in from 21:00 to 00:00 - EUR 20 for early check-out from 06:00 to 08:00 - EUR 10 for arrivals and departures on Sundays or bank holidays - EUR 44 for arrivals and departures between 00:00 and 06:00 Fees are cumulative and are payable in cash on arrival. All requests for late check-in must be confirmed in advance by the property.
