Set in the countryside on the border of Tuscany and Umbria, Ca' Matra has a quiet location just outside the village of Lama. Its grounds include a rose garden, swimming pool and the 2 farmhouses. Ca' Matra is a historic property composed of 2 stone farmhouses. It has its own vegetable and fruit crops and produces its own wine, olive oil and marmalades. Cooking and gardening courses are available. The apartments have a rustic Tuscan design and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The property is 5 minutes' drive from the town of San Giustino. Città di Castello is 8 km away.
