This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Camelia Home Suite in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Late check in after 8pm is possible with extra charge: Eur 20 from 8pm to 10pm, Eur 40 from 10pm to midnight, Eur 50 until 1am maximum. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. For reservations for more than 8 nights, there is further extra charge of 55 Euro for cleaning fees Payment is required in cash upon arrival or online through secure link. INFO HEATING / AC As per regional regulation, air conditioning will be active from the end of April until mid September and the permitted temperature inside the apartments will be 24°-26° and it works with the security keys that you find in the apartment. Air conditioning will be on only when you are at home and it will switch off automatically when you go out and take the keys with you. Heating will be switched on from the end of September until mid April and the allowed temperature will be 20°-22°. This can be controlled and settled remotely by our staff. Managed by a private host
