Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
All staying Guests will be required to upload their valid Government issued photo ID in the form of Driving licence/ Passport/residence permit after Booking confirmation as been received prior to arrival for Fire Regulation purposes.
The credit card used for payment is required to be uploaded after Confirmation of Booking to show the name of the cardholder, expiry date and the last 4 digits of the card only for verification purposes. If not received the Booking will not be processed and we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no relocation cost and no refund due.
All third party card who be required to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form together with the cardholder's valid government issued photo ID in the form of driving licence/passport/residentpermit.
Guests should be aware, This is not a Hotel and we do not have a 24 hour reception desk so please do not turn up at the property until written confirmation of check in instructions as been sent, if not received a day before check in they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation at least 3hours before check in for check in instructions.
Guests are required to confirm their expected time of arrival . Please note our check in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Any late check in after 8pm till 11pm will incur a charge of £100 cash at check in . Any late check in after 11pm will incur £150 cash and it is subject to availability which needs to be confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse any late check in not agreed in writing who turns up after 8pm or not pay the late check in fee.
All Special Requests is subject to availability and needs to be confirmed in writing.
All Guests should contact their travel insurance for any cancellation fee as cancellation fee will be processed in accordance to the Booking.
Please do not Book this property for Visa Purposes as we are not a Hotel. This is a serviced apartment in a residential area.
We ask all Guests to respect our neighbours and residents, No loud noise between 11pm and 8am.
No Parties or event is allowed at this property.
