A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in is available upon request and has the following surcharges, paid in cash upon arrival: - EUR 20 from 19:00 to 23:00; - EUR 40 from 23:00 to 07:30.
