Located directly by the sea and on a private beach, a 5-minute walk from the center of Palau, Casa a 10m Dal Mare is in a Residence that offers restaurants, bars, gardens and 2 private beaches. This spacious apartment overlooking the sea has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The two rooms on the second floor have an efficient ventilation system with modern ceiling fans. In the mezzanine we provide fans. Free WiFi is available throughout the facility. The property directly overlooks the La Maddalena National Marine Park, a protected archipelago of extraordinary beauty reachable in a few minutes by boat or dinghy from the port of Palau. Nearby, it is possible to practice snorkeling, windsurfing, golf and horseback riding. The property is a 30-minute drive from Porto Cervo and a 45-minute drive from Olbia-Costa Smeralda airport.

This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
