Set in a garden with a private swimming pool and sun terrace, Casa Moya is located in Javea’s Trencall neighbourhood. This 3-bedroom villa has impressive mountain views and free WiFi. Divided over 2 floors, it has a living room with a fireplace, TV, DVD player and iPod dock. The open-plan kitchen comes with an oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a kettle, toaster and juicer. The laundry room includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, and a twin bedroom. The villa also has a separate family bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided. On the terrace you can find sun loungers, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Casa Moya offers 2 private parking spaces. El Arenal Beach is 4.5 km from the villa and Alicante Airport is 100 km away.

Please inform Casa Moya in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is payable upon arrival. This will be returned 7 days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that the air conditioning and/or heating costs, charged in certain periods, are not included in the rate. Heating will be charged between mid October and mid May. Air conditioning will be charged between mid June and mid September. It is possible to rent a high chair for an additional cost of EUR 25 per stay. It is possible to rent a playpen for an additional cost of EUR 25 per stay. It is possible to rent a fan for an additional cost of EUR 15 per week.
