A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
of EUR 40 from 20:00 to 21:00;
of EUR 50 from 21:00 to 22:00;
of EUR 60 after 22:00.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 23:00.
Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 3.6 per day when used.
