It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. No Schoolies - the property does not have any policies, procedures, or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Weeks". The property has the right to refuse or evict any reservations from school graduate guests throughout this period. The property supplies linens, towels & consumable items, for the guest convenience when checking in and will NOT be refilled during stay. No payment is accepted at the property, full payment is required before arrivals and pre-authorisation will be temporarily held. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. The pre-authorisation amount is as follows: - 1-bedroom: Up to AUD100 - 2-bedroom: Up to AUD200
