Situated in the centre of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc only 750 metres from Chamonix - Planpraz Ski Lift, Chalet Couttet - Chamonix All Year is a chalet with a terrace and a garden facing Mont Blanc. Guests can park on the heated driveway. The chalet also offers free WiFi.
There is a kitchen fitted with a dishwasher and an oven, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. The living area offers views of the garden and of Mont Blanc, Aiguille du Midi and Glacier des Bossons. A telescope is provided, in addition to a flat-screen TV with French satellite channels, Apple TV, a PlayStation 4 and a DVD player with a selection of CDs and DVDs. Guests can use the gym equipment and the upright piano. Storage space for ski equipment is available.
Aiguille du Midi is 450 metres from Chalet Couttet - Chamonix All Year. The nearest airport is Geneva Airport, 100 km from the property.

A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
