A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon booking, you will receive a registration form and a link to make the security deposit. If you are unable to do so via this link, your bank details will be requested upon arrival. Please note the following additional charges: - Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 22€ - Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€ All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the accommodation.
