Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request. Only temporally reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, since they are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sing a temporary rental agreement upon arrival. This contract respect in all its clauses the conditions of your Booking reservation. Please note that for reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, the bill amount will be borne by the guest.”
