Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Studio Tierra - Welkeys in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For arrivals outside of check-in hours, requests must be done in advance and confirmed by the property. Please note that an extra fee applies: - From 21:00 to 00:00, an extra fee of EUR 22 applies. - Between 00:00 and 6:00, an extra fee of EUR 44 applies. - Check-out between 06:00 and 08:00 is available for an extra charge of EUR 20. - Check-in and Check-out on bank holidays: EUR 10 Both supplements are cumulative. All fees are payable in cash to the concierge upon arrival.
