Situated in Peyriac-de-Mer in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, this beautiful holiday home is 44 km from Perpignan and only 13 km from Narbonne. The old cobbled village is very pretty and has two nice restaurants, a few bars, bakery, chemist, and grocery shop. The lake views from the village are stunning and there are safe boardwalks from the village between the lakes. The region by the village is in a protected official area of outstanding natural beauty. The house is over 200 years old and has lots of quirky character. Guests benefit from a sun terrace. 4 bedrooms. A large living and dining area. 3 floors. A washing machine, hob, microwave and an oven can be found in the fully equipped kitchen. A DVD player is provided for the TV (please note there is no TV reception). There is a private bathroom with a bath & separate shower. There is also an ensuite shower to two bedrooms. The area is popular for skiing. A selection of activities are offered in the area, such as hiking, snorkelling, sailing and windsurfing. There are five airports in close proximity to the house. Perpignan - Rivesaltes Airport is 39 km from the property. Beziers and Carcassonne airports are also very near by.
