Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 25 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for € 0 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Chez Philippe in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. - Bed linens are included in the reservation : one set bed bed upon arrival for the number of guests noted on the booking - One towel per person is given upon arrival - If you want a cleaning during your stay, bed linen or towel changed, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service - Coffee, detergent, soap, shampoo, dish tablets or cleaning products are not included in the reservation - Beach towels are not included - Upon check out, dishes must be made and trashes evacuated
