You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please be aware that the check-in hours on sundays and bank holidays are from 18:00 to 19:30. For all late arrival an extra charge of 50 EUR per stay is mandatory and to pay at the agency. Arrival after 23:00 will not be accepted. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival.
