A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests will be charged if any damage or loss to the property occurs during a guests' stay. £5 will be deducted from the total deposit amount if you pay via debit card or £10 if you pay via credit card due to bank processing fees.
