This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Refer to your booking confirmation for payment and cancellation details. 100Aud damage deposit is pre authorized prior to check in. There is a 3% credit card processing fee. Upload a copy of your driver's license or passport via the check-in form link. If required by building management, your ID will be verified in person at the property, and you may need to fill out an arrival form as well. Check carpark dimensions for your specific room due to possible restrictions. We're available online from 9am to 10pm; for urgent matters, leave your contact number. Notify us of your check-in time at least a day in advance, with 48 hours' notice for arrivals after 8pm. Overstaying past 10am without approval will incur a 100Aud per hour charge. There will be a charge of 250Aud for lost keys and devices. 1 set of keys is provided as a standard. Extra guest fee is 29Aud per person per night. Any unauthorized guests, excessive noise or smoking will lead to loss of security deposit, a fine and an immediate eviction as per building management rules. No pets allowed and will result in extra cleaning fees. No third-party bookings are allowed without prior approval. Building management may close certain facilities without prior notice. Consumables are not replenished and not all properties have smart TVs. We regularly update furniture and artwork, so there may be changes compared to the listing's photos. If you have any cleanliness concerns or notice damages, please inform us immediately. Reimbursement requests without allowing us to address issues won't be considered. As the property/building may require maintenance, we might need to enter the premises with prior notification. We're not liable for guest injuries, theft, or property damage during the stay.
