The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. A damage deposit of PHP 3500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. A copy of valid ID for all guests and proof of transaction for the security deposit is required before we proceed processing the guest advice form (GAF) or generate the QR that guests need to present to gate security to permit entry. Please note that short-term guests can only access wave pool at additional cost. Other amenities are exclusive only for long term tenants and residents. Note that most of our condo unit runs on prepaid electricity. Guest are responsible to reload or top up unless electricity fee is included in reservation.
