Children ages 1 and older are allowed. Children from 1 year old to 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children from 1 year old to 3 years old stay for DKK 350 per person per night when using an existing bed. No extra beds are available. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Heart of Copenhagen - 5* luxury requires prepayment via paypal. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 24 hours of booking with the paypal link. To secure the reservation, payment must be made within 72 hours of receiving the email or the given date in the email. Additional cleaning fee maybe be added if required. Please note that guests may be subject to additional costs if property is deemed to require excessive cleaning and/or repair. There is zero noise tolerance between the hours of 20:00PM and 8AM, if a complaint is to be reported during these hours the rental agreement will be cancelled immediately with no refund which also includes no refund either for the remaining days that may be booked.
