This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Copenhaven by Grandeur Property in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorised early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.
