You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A prepayment of the full amount will be taken at the time of booking and is required to secure your reservation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Upon arrival, guests are welcome to pick up a complimentary towel at the reception, with one towel allotted per person. For additional towel refreshes, there will be a charge of €5 per towel. Luggage storage is available prior check in and after check out at a cost of EUR 5 per bag. Shower gel is available at reception Double rooms have access to a shared fully equipped kitchen. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. All rooms are non-smoking and there is a fine of EUR 150 for smoking in the building. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival.
