Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 19:00 carries the following extra charges: - From 19:00 to 22:00 EUR 60; - From 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 100. Opening hours for check in at the office from June to September is from 16:00 to 20:00. Large Towels are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 3. Alternatively guests can bring their own.
