Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that construction work is going on in the area of the site and some rooms may be affected by noise. Please note that 7 days before arrival, the property will send a payment link to a secured Tpay payment platform. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of PLN 100 per pet, per stay applies and PLN 200 per pet, per stay for stays longer than 7 days. There is also a deposit of PLN 300.
