A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: - EUR 20 from 19:00 until 21:00 - EUR 40 from 21:00 until 23:00 - EUR 70 from 23:00 until 01:59 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 02:00. Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to communicate the arrival time.
