Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 40 per person per stay when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. A surcharge of EUR 35 applies for arrivals from 19:00 to 22:30. A surcharge of EUR 45 applies for arrivals from 22:30 to 00:00. A surcharge of EUR 60 applies for arrivals from 00:00 to 01:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. New check-in conditions starting January 2025: A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours as follows: EUR 35 from 7 pm to 10.30 pm, EUR 45 from 10.30 pm to midnight, EUR 60 from midnight to 1 am. After 1 am it's possible to check-in with an additional EUR 50 for every 30 minutes until maximum 2 am. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
