A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Our bookings are protected by SUPERHOG, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Once your booking is confirmed, you can also go via their website, superhog.com, to start the verification, or wait to be contacted. Please note that the lead guest must be 21 years or older. Early check-in and late check-outs are possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Beds are configured as singles as standard. If you require a king size bed configuration, this can be arranged subject to availability.
