Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 25 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that cash payments of EUR 3000 or above are not permitted under current Italian law. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The property is located in a restricted traffic area. Guests who wish to access the area by car should contact the property in advance. Please note that access to the parking is made through a lift. Only regular station wagons fit in the lift.
