A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. As specified in the conditions of your reservation, you will be required to make a deposit to protect us from any damage. Through a secure online service, we never ask for your banking details over the phone. The deposit amount is not charged or blocked, it is a pre-authorization.
