Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This helps us provide you with the best possible experience. * No Loud Parties Allowed outside. * Additional Guest Charges: We can accommodate up to 7 guests in our property at the base rate. If you plan to bring more than 7 people, there will be an additional charge of $150 per guest, per night. Only a maximum of 10 overnite guests allowed. For the duration of the event(s), the maximum number of guests allowed is 30. * Cleaning Fee: the minimum $1,500 event fee is paid at time of booking. * Additional Services Included in the original booking fee (no additional charge for these services): 1) Valet Service 2) dedicated concierge service agent * Additional Services: For other accommodations such as DJ service, catering, wait staff, etc please let Customer Service know and we can tailor a customized event. * Guest Identity Verification: As part of our commitment to safety and security, we require the principal guest to complete our verification process. Additionally, we require the principal guest to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport) during the booking process. If you are denied in this process, your reservation will not be honored and subsequently the reservation will be cancelled. * Guest Registration Form: You will be asked to complete a guest registration form that includes adding a complete guest list that will be attending the event(s). This helps us ensure that your stay is personalized and tailored to your needs. It also aids us in providing assistance during your visit. * Primary guest minimum age: The minimum rental age for the primary guest is 25. * Safety and Neighborhood Respect: To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, our property is equipped with a noise alert monitoring system. In addition, for everyone's safety, security cameras are installed around the outside of the home. No tampering with the security cameras is allowed. Your privacy and security are of utmost importance to us. * Strict Commitment Policy: $2,500 will be temporarily held during check-in to cover incidentals, extended stays, or any potential damages during your visit.
