You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of PHP 5000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. We do not have the usual check in process as a hotel as we are residential private property. All guests must secure the Guest Advice Form (GAF) in advance in order for the host to issue a QR that guests need to present to security to permit the entry. A copy of identification for all guests must be submitted to process the same. Security deposit must be arranged first in advance before processing the registration. Short-term guests can only access wave pool at additional cost. Other amenities are exclusive only for long term tenants and residents. Managed by a private host
