Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The guest can bring their own towels and linen or rent them on site for an extra charge : Towels : 7€ per person and per stay Linen : 8€ per person and per stay Please note that if you plan on arriving from 20:00 to 23:00 or leaving before 08:00 a surcharge of EUR 50 will be charged.
