Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for € 25 per person per night when using an existing bed. Adults stay for € 35 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The properties may look different from the photos, which are only examples. The address given in your confirmation email is only the room agency's office address. You will receive a subsequent email with the photo and address of your accommodation as well as an invoice for your travel expense report. When booking, please notify the property of your expected arrival time using the comments box on the next page to guarantee easy check in. Please contact the property in advance should you wish to pay the stay by bank transfer. Please note, if two or more apartments are booked, there is no guarantee that the apartments are in the same building. Please inform the property manager in advance of your expected arrival time.
