Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to PHP 1500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please note that proof of transaction for the security deposit and a copy of ID for all guests are required to proceed with processing the Guest Advice Form (GAF). This form is necessary to present to gate security for entry permits. Guests will not be able to enter the premises without the Guest Advice Form (GAF), even with confirmed reservations. Note that most of our condo unit runs on prepaid electricity. Guest are responsible to reload or top up unless electricity fee is included in reservation.
