Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 30 Sept 2024 until Mon 12 May 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them from the property for an additional charge of EUR 10 per guest per stay for bed linen and EUR 10 per person per stay for towels. Please note that a maximum of 3 medium sized dogs are allowed against an extra charge of 75 EUR per stay. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms of the villa.
