It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. There is no possibility to use any communal facilities. Please note that guests must notify this property about their arrival time at least 2 hours before check-in. Please note that guests are kindly requested to provide an estimated time of arrival when booking. Please note a surcharge of applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. A charge of GBP 20 applies for arrivals before 16:00 and between 20:00 - 23:00. A charge of GBP 50 applies for arrivals after 23:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. All additional persons, exceeding the room capacity, of any age, will be chargeable at GBP 25 per night, regardless of whether they require an extra bed. A daily cleaning service is available for an additional GBP 10 per night, if required. Please note, the property does not offer luggage storage. Guests that wish to leave luggage at the property before 16:00 will be charged a fee. Managed by a private host
