This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AED 2000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 20:00 has a surcharge of 100 AED and after 22:00 is 150 AED. Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before your arrival.
