If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to GBP 427 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. -Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of GBP 30 and after midnight is GBP 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. -Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe :) -There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a GBP 300 smoking fee at a minimum. -We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
